Our Story

In 2021 after deciding to leave the pastoral ministry, Kadeem and Sade entered a season of great personal discovery. During this transformative period, their family embarked on a remarkable journey guided by their faith. It was through this journey that the vision for Compassion Counseling PLLC was born. Our mission is to see individuals whole and walk out their healing.

During this time, they realized that despite their years of experience in the mental health field, they were not fully equipped to manage their own emotional and spiritual well-being. It was in this space where their faith and mental health expertise collided.

We exist to create healing spaces that inspire people to take action. Our goal is not only to help individuals heal but also to empower them to become healers themselves. We are committed to fostering a ripple effect of healing and hope, believing that the work the Lord has entrusted to us will spread and touch many lives.

Kadeem and Sade met at Boston College during their undergraduate studies. Married for over 10 years they have four beautiful children Jade, Isaac, Micah, and Jonah. They currently reside in Boston, MA and have a passion to see the healed become healers.
